ComWell is a community behavioral health agency committed to meeting the counseling and psychiatric needs of individuals in our community through a trauma informed care lens.
This position will be responsible for assisting members of the behavioral health team by coordinating care between clients, referral sources, and pharmacies to facilitate excellent client care. This includes documenting basic medical history, taking vitals, organizing and scheduling appointments, arranging lab services, and communicating with the referral sources the status of the individuals in services.
Must have:
- Excellent patient care management, organization and excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Computer proficiency,
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude,
- Education:
- Medical Assistant certificate or diploma OR LPN
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : From $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
