I hold a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.

Additionally, I have earned a graduate certificate in Gerontology, which has enriched my understanding of the unique needs and experiences that arise across the lifespan.
At the Red Bud ComWell office, I bring a relaxed and conversational style to my work, utilizing Mindfulness-Based interventions to address the mind-body-spirit connection.
